1. Who we are
llmcloud.ai is operated by HyperSynapses Inc., a Delaware corporation. Contact us at privacy@llmcloud.ai for any privacy request.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: email, name, organization, and authentication identifiers you provide at sign-up.
- Billing data: card metadata and invoice history processed by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
- Usage data: API keys, request timestamps, model routed to, token counts, latency, and response status. Prompts and completions are not retained by default — see Section 4.
- Website data: standard server logs (IP, user agent), first-party analytics events, and cookies described in Section 7.
- Communications: messages you send to support or sales.
3. How we use data
- Operate the gateway: route requests, meter usage, and bill accurately.
- Reliability and abuse prevention: rate-limit, detect fraud, and diagnose incidents.
- Product improvement: aggregate performance and quality metrics that inform routing and the public leaderboard.
- Customer communication: transactional email, security notices, and — with your consent — product updates.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use prompts or completions to train models.
4. Prompt and completion handling
By default, request and response bodies are relayed to the selected upstream provider and not retained after the response is delivered. Metadata (model id, token counts, latency, status) is retained for billing and analytics.
You may opt in to short-term prompt logging for debugging in your dashboard settings, or request zero-retention endpoints where the upstream provider supports them.
5. Subprocessors and upstream providers
When you call a model, your request is transmitted to the corresponding upstream provider (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or the provider you selected). Each provider processes the request under its own terms. We maintain a current list of infrastructure subprocessors on the subprocessors page.
6. Data location and transfers
You may pin traffic to specific regions using our residency controls. Where cross-border transfers occur, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent mechanisms described in our DPA / SCC page.
7. Cookies and analytics
The website uses a small set of first-party cookies for authentication and preferences, plus privacy-preserving analytics to measure page views. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
8. Retention
- Account and billing records: for the life of the account plus the period required by tax and accounting law.
- Usage metadata: 13 months rolling, then aggregated.
- Prompt logs (if enabled): 30 days maximum, configurable down to zero.
- Support communications: 24 months.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your personal data. Email privacy@llmcloud.ai. We respond within 30 days.
10. Security
We use industry-standard controls including TLS in transit, encryption at rest, scoped API keys, SSO for administrative access, and audit logging. Report vulnerabilities to security@llmcloud.ai.
11. Children
llmcloud.ai is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
12. Changes to this policy
We will post material changes on this page and update the effective date. Continued use after the change becomes effective constitutes acceptance.
