How this is generated
Every compliance document is stored in a versioned repository. When a document is updated, our policy engine emits an attestation record with the document name, version, jurisdiction, change note, signer and a SHA-256 hash of the signed PDF. Records are appended to a hash-chained log so any tampering with historical entries is detectable.
